壳聚糖对平胃胶囊中苦参碱含量影响的实验研究

目的　研究壳聚糖在分离精制过程中对平胃胶囊苦参碱含量的影响。方法　分别采用水提醇沉、高速离心、壳聚糖絮凝法在平胃胶囊制备工艺中进行分离精制 ,通过双波长薄层扫描法对三种方法精制后方中苦参碱含量进行测定。结果　壳聚糖絮凝法较前两种方法好。结论　为天然澄清剂在中药分离精制中的应用提供了一定的参考依据

Study on the affection of matrine content in Pingwei capsules by chitosan

Objective Study on the affection of matrine conteut in Pingwei capsules by chitosan. Methods Chitosan was applied to clear extracted liquid of Pingwei capsules. It was compared with the procedure of the extraction by water and the precipitation with alcohol and the procedure of high speed rotation. The quality control standard includes the thin layer chromatography(TLC) identification of three Chinese herbs in the capsules and the determination of the matrine was done with double waves TLC scanning. Results Chitosan is better than other two ways. Conclusion The experiment could be used as some references for nature clarificant.
