异丙酚诱导麻醉辅助胃镜检查

目的探讨应用异丙酚麻醉辅助胃镜检查的可行性,评价其效果和安全性.方法将800例胃镜检查患者随机分为2组：麻醉组（400例）静脉注射异丙酚至患者进入镇静状态后进行胃镜检查;对照组（400例）按常规进行胃镜检查.观察2组前后患者血压、心率、血氧饱和度以及检查反应.结果麻醉组检查成功率、检查反应方面明显优于对照组（P＜0.01）,检查前后血压、心率、血氧饱和度的变化与对照组比较无显著性差异（P＞0.05）.结论异丙酚辅助胃镜检查是安全有效的,为无痛苦胃镜检查开辟了广阔前景.

Application of gastroscopy under propofol-induced anesthesia

Objective To explore the feasibility of gastroscopy under propofol-induced anesthesia, evaluate its effect and security. Methods 800 patients who accepred gastroscopy were randomly divided into two groups. In the anesthesia group, gastroscopy was undergone when the patients(n=400) were sedation state after propofpl was injected intravenously; in the control, the patients received routine gastroscopy. The patients' blood pressure(BP), heart rhythm(HR), blood oxygen saturation(BOS) and reaction of examination were observed before and after examination in both groups. Results The success rate and reaction of examination in the anesthesia group was better significantly than that in the control group (P<0.01); the difference of BP, HR and BOS before and after examination in two groups was no significantly(P>0.05). Conclusions Gastroscopy under propofol-induced anesthesia is effective and safe, and it provides a good prospect for painless gastroscopy.
