肺结核患者合并精神症状的原因分析及诊治策略

目的对肺结核患者合并精神症状的原因进行分析,并探讨其诊治策略。方法对28例肺结核合并精神症状患者的发病原因及治疗策略进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的临床治疗效果明显优于对照组患者。患者的精神症状主要是由于异烟肼用量过大所导致的。结论对肺结核患者进行治疗时,应严格控制异烟肼的给药剂量,一旦出现精神症状应立即给予有效的治疗。

Cause analysis and treatment strategies of tuberculosis patients with psychiatric symptoms

Objective To analyze the cause of tuberculosis patients with psychiatric symptoms and to explore its treatment strate- gies. Methods The causes and treatment strategies of 28 tuberculosis patients with psychiatric symptoms were analyzed by dividing them into two groups and doing comparison. Results The clinical effects of the observation group were significantly better than the control group. The psychiatric symptoms were mainly caused by excessive use of isoniazid. Conclusion During the treatment of tuberculosis pa- tients, the dose of isoniazid should be strictly controlled. Once the patient has psychiatric symptoms, effective treatment should be immedi- ately given.
