| 摘 要： | 心脏再同步化治疗(CRT)是治疗充血性心力衰竭的有效手段,优化CRT的特殊参数AV间期和心室间期可增加患者获益,目前主要以组织多普勒超声(TDI)指导间期优化,但评价指标较多、无统一标准,且难以实现个体化、动态优化。心电图作为临床工作更加简便的评价指标,其指导间期优化值得进一步研究。
