电针膀胱经五脏俞对格林-巴利综合征家兔坐骨神经中IL-4 IL-10影响的研究

摘    要:目的:通过观察电针膀胱经五脏俞对格林-巴利综合征(GBS)家兔坐骨神经中T细胞Th2亚型细胞因子IL-4、IL-10的影响,探讨电针膀胱经五脏俞治疗GBS作用机制,从而为自身免疫病的防治提供新方法。方法:采用国际公认的P2免疫动物模型—急性变态反应性神经炎(EAN),采用逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法观测电针膀胱经五脏俞对GBS家兔坐骨神经中IL-4、IL-10 mRNA表达水平的影响。结果:模型组IL-4、IL-10的mRNA表达与空白组相比无明显差异(P>0.05),经过治疗后明显升高,第14天时电针组与免疫球蛋白组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:电针膀胱经五脏俞使IL-4、IL-10的mRNA表达明显升高,拮抗Th细胞亚群的失衡,对GBS起到治疗作用。

Abstract:Objective:To discuss the function of electroacupuncture at Shu-points of the five Zang-organ in the mechanism of EAN through observe the expression level of Helper T cell subsets IL-4,IL-10mRNA in acute allergy neuritis domestic rabbit's sciatic nerve organizes.Methods:Intensively mixed P2 3ml and the isometric CFA prepared the EAN animal model by the immunity domestic rabbit.Using RT-PCR to examine the expression level of Helper T cell subsets IL-4,IL-10mRNA.Results:There is no significant differences between the electroacupuncture group and the control group(P>0.05).After the treatment the mRNA expression of IL-4,IL-10 obviously increased in the model groups,and with no significant differences as compared with those the immunity globulin group(P>0.05) in the 14th day.Conclusion:Electroacupuncture at Shu-points of the urinary bladder five Zang-organs could antagonist the unbalance of Th cell subsets and caused the mRNA expression of IL-4,IL-10 to elevate and play a treatment function in GBS.
