| 摘 要： | 目的 观察口服中药天益软化汤(促宫颈成熟方)加宫颈局部肌肉注射安定对促宫颈成熟、提高宫颈评分的作用。方法 将妊娠4 0～4 0 + 3周、宫颈评分(0～5分)的孕妇2 16例随机分为2组,治疗组10 8例采用宫颈局部肌肉注射安定加中药天益软化汤(促宫颈成熟方)治疗,对照组10 8例采用常规的低浓度催产素静脉滴注来改善宫颈条件、提高宫颈评分。结果 治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P <0 .0 5 )。结论 口服中药天益软化汤加宫颈肌肉注射安定促宫颈成熟、提高宫颈评分的临床效果明显高于静脉滴注催产素。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe effect of combination of Ti anyiruanhua decoction and local injection of diazepam on improvement of cervical ripening and cervical ripening score. Methods 216 pregnant wom en were randomly divided into two groups. Pregnant women in control group (n =108) were treated by intravenous injection of oxytocin. Pregnant women in tre atment group were treated by combination of Tianyiruanhua decoction and local in jection of diazepam. Results The total effective rate in treatm ent group (98.1%) were significantly higher compared with those in control group (55.6%, P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine can produce definite effect on cervical r ipening score. |
