| 摘 要： | 目的探讨徐长卿水煎剂对小鼠抗炎及镇痛的作用。方法采用棉球植入致小鼠慢性炎症的方法,测定小鼠肉芽肿的重量;用热板法测定小鼠的镇痛阈值,用扭体法测定小鼠扭体反应的潜伏期和扭体次数。结果徐长卿水煎剂可使小鼠肉芽肿重量明显减轻;2 h痛阈值明显延长,扭体反应潜伏期延长、扭体次数明显较少。结论徐长卿水煎剂具有一定的抗炎和镇痛作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the anti-inflammatory,analgesic effect of the extract of Cynachum paniculatum in mice.Methods To measure the weights of granuloma,Analgesic threshold,latent period of torsion body reaction.Results Extract of Cynachum paniculatum could relieve weights of granuloma,prolong analgesic threshold and latent period of torsion body reaction.Conclusion The extract of Cynachum paniculatum has the effects of anti-inflammation and analgesic. |
