锌硒宝配伍生精丸治疗特发性少弱精子症临床疗效分析

目的观察锌硒宝配伍生精丸治疗特发性少弱精子症的临床效果。方法将120例特发性少弱精子症不育患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组60例。对照组单服生精丸3个月,研究组在此基础上加服锌硒宝3个月。比较两组患者治疗前后精液质量、精浆中Zn、Se含量。结果两组患者治疗后精液各项指标较治疗前均有所改善,研究组优于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);两组患者治疗后精浆中Zn、Se含量较治疗前均有所提高,研究组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论锌硒宝、生精丸联合应用,能显著提高特发性少弱精子症的治愈率。

THE EFFECTS OF ZN-SE PILLS AND SHENGJING PILLS ON IDIOPATHETIC SPERMACRASIA

Objective To explore the clinical effects of the combined use of Zn-Se pills and shengjing pills on idiopathetic speracrasia.Methods 120 cases of idiopathetic spermacrasia were randomly divided into the contrast group of 60 cases treated with only shengjing pills for 3 months and the research group of 60 cases treated with Zn-Se pills in addition to shengjing pills for 3 months.The sperm quality and the contents of Zn and Se in serum in both groups were compared.Results All indexes of sperm were improved in both groups,with better effects in the research group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The contents of Zn and Se were increased in both groups,with greater increase in the research group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion The combined use of Zn-Se pills and shengjing pills can effectively improve the curative rate of idiopathetic spermacrasia.
