生脉注射液对慢性心力衰竭QT离散度的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨生脉注射液对慢性心功能不全患者心电图QT离散度(QTd)的影响,为生脉注射液对慢性心功能不全患者恶性心律失常防治提供依据。方法:治疗组52例,在传统常规治疗的基础上加用生脉注射液30~60mL加入5%葡萄糖液静滴,每天一次,连用10d,常规治疗组58例,采用传统的强心、利尿、扩血管等治疗,连续治疗10d,应用体表12导联心电图机分析对比两组患者治疗前后QTd的差异。结果:两组治疗前QTd无显著差异,治疗后治疗组QTd为(35.14±10.13)ms,对照组为(44.21±12.12)ms,具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:生脉注射液能明显降低慢性心功能不全患者的QTd,预防恶性心律失常的发生。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effects of Shengmai injection on QT dispersion(QTd) in patients with congestive heart failure and to provide basements to prevent and cure CHF.Methods:On the foundation of conventional treatment,all 52 cases in therapy group were performed with 5% glucose injection 250mL and Shengmai injection 30~60mL,intravenous once a day for 10 days. All 58 cases of control group were given with conventional treatment including strengthening heart,diuresis and expansion blood vessel for 10 days,the differences of QTd was compared in two groups by 12 leads electrocardiograph.Results:No significant difference was found before treatment.After treatment,the QTd of the therapy group was(35.14±10.13)ms,the QTd of control group was(44.21±12.12)ms (P<0.01).Conclusion: Shengmai injection can obviously reduce the QTd of CHF patients and protect the occurence of malignant arrhythmia.
