生长因子对猪深Ⅱ°烧伤创面愈合的协同作用

摘    要:创面愈合受多种肽类生长因子的调控。本研究用活检标本的细胞DNA周期分析、创面愈合的图象积分和用抗角化蛋白荧光抗体技术观察上皮愈合等方法来探讨基因重组的人表皮生长因子(EGF)和基因重组的碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对猪深Ⅱ°烧伤创面愈合的调控。实验结果表明,浓度合适的EGF或bFGF能促进烧伤创面的愈合,其愈合率与应用于创面生长因的剂子量有量效关系;二种生长因子同时使用,对创面的愈合有协同促进作用。

Abstract:ound healing is a complex biologic process and peptide Growth factors playa very important role in tissue repair.Repeated topical application of EGF or bFGFaccelerated healing of porcine partical-thickness burn wounds and there are a dose-dependent effects as using different concentrations of the growthfactors.Combi-nations of EGF plus bFGF has showed to stimulate the rate of epidermal regenera-tion of partial-thickness burn wounds in pigs , which are more effective than any single growth factor.The results are supported by quantitatively estimating woundhealing area based on computer video image analysis system. Immunohistochemicalanalysis with keratin antibodies also demonstrated increased cellularity,epitheliali-zation and thickness of healing tissue. These results Will be useful for useful for evaluatingthe effects of clinical application of growth factors.
