| 摘 要： | 应用ＭＴＴ法对１４例白血病患者进行了ＤＮＲ、Ｈａｒ、Ａｒａ－ｃ、ＶＣＲ、ＡＤＭ和ＶＰ＿（１６）等６种常用化疗药物的体外敏感试验及临床观察。按体外药敏结果选择药物组成方案进行化疗，杀伤指数＞５５％者占６６．７％，未按药敏结果组成方案进行化疗，杀伤指数＞５５％者仅占２５％，二者差异有显著性，表明体外药敏与临床用药间有一定关系。

| Abstract: | Six common anti-cancer drugs(DNR,Har,Ara-c,VCR,ADM and VP_(16)) to the leukemic cells from 14 patients with leukemia were tested in vitro with MTT (chemosensitivity test). In this group with chemothera peutic protocol based upon the selected drugs from this chemosensitivity test, the marrow blasts decrease index is 55% or more than 55% were 66.7%. But in group with the protocol not based upon the results of the chemosensitivity, the patients with marrow blasts decrease index is 55% or more than 55% were only 25%. The difference of the positive percentage between these two groups were significant. The results indicated that there were certain association between MTT assay chemosensitivity and the response of patients leukemic cells to chemotherapy. |
