| 摘 要： | 我们设计了一种保留血供的短长度回－结肠顺向套叠乳头人工回盲瓣，动物实验（流体测压、肠道菌群、组织学）结果显示，该人工回盲瓣术后结构完整，血供良好，无明显萎缩退化，均维持有良好、持久的节制小肠排空和阻止结肠逆流的功能。临床应用７例，均获满意效果。

| Abstract: | We
reconstructed an artificial ileocecalvalve in a way of blood supply preserved,shorter ileocolic
intussuscepted nipple and fol-lowed up its function. Using experimentaldogs,the study of
manometry,aerobe,anaer-obe and histology showed that the artificialileocecal valve appeared
to have functions sim-ilar or exceeding to normal ileocecal valve.Seven patients were
reconstructed the artificialileocecal valve during right hemicolectomy andsubtotal colectolny.
Satisfactory clinical re-sults were observed in all of them. |
