| 摘 要： | 刺五加注射液能明显降低ADP诱导的大鼠体内、外血小板聚集功能,抑制程度与复方丹参注射液无显著性差异。给药组中多个样本ADP诱导血小板聚集的第一相波消失,第二相波明显降低,表明二者可抑制血小板变形,减少受体暴露,同时减少血小板内源性活性物质的释放。

| Abstract: | In vitro and in vivo, ADP - induced platelet aggregations of rats are makedly reduced by Acanthopanax senti-cosides injection.There is no obviouse defference between its inhibition degree and that of compound Salvia milti-orrhiza injection.From the platelet aggregation curves,it can be seen that the first and second phase are changed significantly compared with the control. |
