| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸腰椎单阶段椎体爆裂性骨折采用后路伤椎置钉治疗的临床效果。方法本院2006年7月至2009年1月采用后路伤椎置钉6钉固定术治疗胸腰椎单阶段爆裂性骨折47例(A组),在同期随机选择采用跨节段椎弓根螺钉内固定41例(B组)作为对照组。结果术后2组在椎体高度、椎管矢状径、矢状面Cobb角,远期椎体高度维持情况具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用后路伤椎置钉治疗单阶段椎体爆裂性骨折,伤椎复位效果好,椎体术后远期椎体高度维持良好,是一种疗效肯定的治疗手段。
