| 摘 要： | 目的探讨P53在乳腺癌中的表达及其与预后的关系。方法收集2007～2010年乳腺癌仿根治术标本81例,采用免疫组化法检测乳腺癌中P53、ER、PR和C-erbB-2的表达,并分析P53与预后因子ER、PR和C-erbB-2及淋巴结转移的关系。结果 P53阳性率为84.0%,其表达与预后正性因子ER、PR呈负相关,而与预后负性因子C-erbB-2、腋窝淋巴结转移呈正相关,其差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 P53高表达是乳腺癌预后的负性相关因子之一。
