超声在宫角部妊娠诊断及治疗中的应用

目的探讨超声在宫角部妊娠诊断及治疗中的应用价值。方法经腹部超声与经阴道超声联合扫查,观察妊娠囊位于子宫的位置;判定妊娠囊与蜕膜化子宫内膜的关系及妊娠囊与外周肌层的关系;明确诊断后,在腹部超声引导下行人工流产术或采用经阴道对宫角部妊娠孕囊进行穿刺,并注入氨甲蝶呤。结果本组28例患者,27例超声明确诊断,19例在腹部超声引导下行人工流产术,8例经阴道介入治疗,刮出物及阴道流出物病理证实。结论超声在宫角部妊娠诊断及治疗中有重要的实用价值。
