| 摘 要： | 目的 观察曲面断层片分析粤北地区人群下颌第二恒磨牙C形根管的发生率。方法 3名医生对856例曲面断层片的下颌第二磨牙牙根按照C形根管X线诊断标准进行诊断并记录。结果 856例患者中有365例646颗第二磨牙具有C形根管系统,发生率为38.13%。其中男性病例168例296颗,女性病例197例350颗,发生率分别为36.6%和39.5%。C形根管系统的发生没有显著的性别差异(P>0.05)。结论 C形根管系统在粤北地区人群下颌第二磨牙中具有较高的发生率,对其解剖形态进行研究具有重要的临床意义。
