| 摘 要： | 目的探讨紫杉醇与顺铂同步放化疗治疗老年食管癌临床疗效。方法回顾分析2004年6月至2010年6月应用紫杉醇联合顺铂化疗与放疗同步治疗老年食管癌患者45例。结果全部患者均完成第1个疗程化疗,3例患者未完成第2个疗程化疗,原因为:1例因治疗期间胸部CT检查提示肺转移,2例拒绝;8例患者第2个疗程化疗减量,主要原因是Ⅲ级以上的血液系统毒性反应、急性放射性食管炎,1例第2个疗程化疗前复查血肌酐值轻度高于正常值上限,改化疗药物顺铂为卡铂1d静脉给药。完成放疗计划的患者共41例。结论紫杉醇与顺铂同步化疗联合放疗治疗老年食管癌患者是安全、有效的。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the simultaneous release of paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy in elderly esophageal carcinoma patients. Methods Retrospective analysis from June 2004 to June 2010 application of paclitaxel and cisplatin chemotherapy and Radiotherapy Treatment of 45 cases of older patients.
