| 摘 要： | 目的 总结房室旁道射频消融治疗的经验。方法心内电生理检查与射频消融同步进行。结果 40例患者中,左侧旁道24例,消融成功率100%;右侧旁道16例,消融成功率69%,未成功的5例患者中,His旁道3例,右后侧壁旁道1例,右中间隔旁道1例。总成功率88%。其中1例术中出现短暂一度房室传导阻滞,未见其他并发症。结论准确标测靶点图,是消融成功的前提。右侧旁道由于解剖部位的特殊性,其RFCA的成功率低于左侧。

| Abstract: | Objective To conclude the experience of Radiofrequency ablation for atrioventricular accessory pathway.Methods cardiac electrophysiology examination carried out simultaneously with radiofrequency ablation.Results Of 40 patents,24 cases were left lateral accessory atrioventricular pathway(LAP),ablation success rate was 100%;16 cases were right lateral accessory atrioventricular pathway(RAP),ablation success rate of 69%,ablation of 5 patients were not successful,among whom 3 were His pathway,1 right rear late... |
