| 摘 要： | 目的观察中西医结合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法将113例患者随机分为两组,其中观察组58例,对照组55例,对照组患者采用颈牵引配合非甾体类药物双氯芬酸钠缓释片进行治疗,观察组患者在此基础上给予颈痛方口服治疗,观察两组患者的临床疗效,并进行治疗前后症状和体征总积分的评定。结果观察组患者的总有效率为94.8%,明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义;观察组治疗前、后总积分分别为(30.24士5.08)分和(43.53土5.17)分,治疗前后总积分的变化也明显优于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论中西医结合疗法治疗神经根型颈椎病具有显著的临床疗效。
