| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨利培酮在文拉法辛缓释片治疗抑郁症中的作用。方法本研究采用单纯随机对照研究设计,将164例符合《中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准》中抑郁症诊断的患者随机分为研究组和对照组,每组82例。研究组为文拉法辛缓释片合并利培酮治疗,对照组仅单一使用文拉法辛缓释片治疗,治疗期为4周。于治疗前及治疗后第1、2、4周末使用汉密顿抑郁量表和副反应量表分别评定两组患者的精神症状和不良反应。结果治疗4周后,研究组汉密顿抑郁量表评分低于对照组[(11.57±7.25)vs.(15.65±7.18),P=0.0004];研究组显效率高于对照组[(31.71%)vs.(16.25%),P=0.0343];研究组副反应量表评分与对照组比较[(3.58±1.53)vs.(3.56±1.46),P=0.9323],差异无统计学意义。结论利培酮合并文拉法辛缓释片治疗抑郁症安全、有效。
