| 摘 要： | 目的研究血小板参数,包括血小板计数(PLT)和平均血小板体积(MPV)与强直性脊柱炎(AS)疾病活动的相关性,探讨其可能的机制。方法测定AS患者治疗前后PLT、MPV,以及急性时相反应物,包括血沉(ESR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等指标并评估BASDAI和BASFI,比较各指标治疗前后的变化以及各指标之间的相关性,进行统计分析。结果 AS患者治疗后PLT、ESR、CRP测定值及BASDAI和BASFI显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),MPV测定值显著高于治疗前(P<0.05)。治疗前PLT升高组AS患者PLT、ESR、CRP、BASDAI、BASFI等指标均显著高于PLT正常组AS患者(P<0.05),MPV显著低于PLT正常组AS患者(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明PLT和BASDAI、BASFI呈正相关(P<0.05),MPV和BASDAI、BASFI呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论血小板参数PLT、MPV与AS病情活动有关,可作为判断AS疾病活动度的指标。
