| 摘 要： | 目的探讨影响外科治疗高血压脑出血预后的各种因素。方法回顾性分析354例高血压脑出血患者行手术治疗的临床资料。结果恢复良好55例,中残136例,重残69例,植物生存28例,死亡66例。结论意识状态、出血部位、出血量大小、出血是否破入脑室、手术时机的选择及年龄是高血压脑出血外科手术治疗的主要预后因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the prognosis of clinical factors which influence on surgical treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.Methods The clinical date of 345 cases were reviewed retrospectively.Results 55 cases were good recovery, 136 cases in moderate disability,69 cases in severe disability,28 cases were living as persistent vegetative state,66 cases died.Conclusion Consciousness, amount of bleeding, bleeding size,bleeding if broken into the ventricle ,the operation time selection and age are key prog... |
