脑梗死急性期血清C反应蛋白水平与TOAST分型关系的研究

目的观察不同类型脑梗死患者急性期血清C反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)的水平,探讨其与TOAST分型的关系。方法对在我院神经科住院的首次发病且发病时间在48h内的202例脑梗死患者进行血清CRP水平的测定,按TOAST分型将脑梗死患者分为大动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死(LAA)组、小动脉闭塞性脑梗死(SAO)组、心源性脑梗死(CE)组、其他病因明确性脑梗死(OC)组、不明病因性脑梗死(UND)组,并进行统计学分析。结果 CE组CRP水平明显高于其他各组,其余各组中,除LAA组明显高于SAO组外,CRP水平差异无统计学意义。结论脑梗死急性期CRP水平对TOAST分型的提示作用有限,在较高水平时提示心源性梗死的可能性大,但仍需进一步的研究。

Research for relation between CRP levels in acute cerebral infarction and TOAST classification
