摘    要:目的探讨以临床情境式护患沟通课程培训实习护生的效果。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法选择实习护生83人,分为两组:A组40人,常规带教实习,另加临床情境式护患沟通课程;B组43人,常规带教实习。干预前后用《护生临床沟通能力测评量表》评价两组护生沟通能力。结果 A组护生沟通能力较干预前和B组明显提高(P<0.01)。A组护生到课次数与沟通能力呈正相关(P<0.01)。结论临床情境式护患沟通课程可明显提高实习护生临床沟通能力。
