| 摘 要： | 目的分析深圳市2009年麻疹减毒活疫苗（Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine,MV）强化免疫活动的预防接种异常反应发生特征,探讨MV强化免疫活动的安全性及减少预防接种异常反应的措施。方法采用描述性方法对相关指标进行流行病学分析。结果深圳市2009年MV强化免疫活动共报告33例预防接种异常反应,发生率2.30/10万剂次;女性多于男性,7岁以上年龄组异常反应发生率明显低于小年龄组（χ2=12.912,P〈0.01）;接种后1 d内出现反应的占60.60%,2 d内出现的占84.84%;临床损害以过敏性反应为主;病例预后良好。结论 MV强化免疫活动的预防接种异常反应发生率低,各年龄组儿童在接种MV后2 d是异常反应监测的重点。应加强监测,提高预防接种异常反应的预防和处理水平。
