| 摘 要： | 目的了解和掌握内江市2007-2009年职业病防治工作现状,为下一步开展职业病防治工作提供依据。方法对内江市2007-2009年健康危害因素信息系统报告资料进行统计分析。结果 2007-2009年内江市职业健康检查率为47.4%,疑似职业病患者检出率为1.47%;职业病危害因素监测率为81.2%,合格率为65.1%;职业病病例为392例,其中尘肺病例占95.2%（373/392）,煤炭行业的尘肺病病例占所有病例的87.1%（325/373）。结论内江市职业健康检查率、职业病危害因素监测合格率低于《国家职业病防治规划（2009-2015年）》60%和80%的要求,尘肺病是内江市的主要职业病。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the occupational disease prevention and control in Neijiang from 2007 to 2009 and provide evidence for the improvement of occupational disease prevention and control.Methods Statistical analysis was conducted on the data of health hazards information in Neijiang during this period.Results The occupational health examination rate was 47.4%,the detection rate of suspected occupational disease was 1.5%,the surveillance rate of occupational hazards was 81.2% and the qualified rate was 65.1%... |
