| 摘 要： | 目的了解血吸虫病的疾病负担及其危害效应。方法利用2001年四川省血吸虫病抽样调查资料,使用世界银行与哈佛大学在全球疾病负担研究报告中提出的公式,计算伤残调整寿命年。结果四川省每千人口因血吸虫病损失的健康寿命年为6.7年。每个患者平均损失0.6965个健康寿命年,截至2008年底,四川历史累计血吸虫病患者127.6万人,因血吸虫病累计损失的健康寿命年总为88.86万年。结论四川省血吸虫病的疾病负担较严重。
