| 摘 要： | 目的了解2009年云南省流感暴发现状,为制定科学有效的控制措施提供依据。方法分析全省2009年报告的流感样暴发疫情资料。结果 2009年全省共报告疫情72起,发病7628人,罹患率1.79%～49.45%。一年四季均有疫情,秋季较高。昭通市报告起数最多（26起）。有68起暴发于学校。对54起暴发采集标本作实验室检测,37起分离出流感病毒,包括H3N2型（12起）、B型（11起）新甲H1N1型（9起）和H1N1型（5起）。结论云南省2009年流感疫情多于2008年,94%发生在学校。今后应加强学校流感疫情监测和报告,重视标本收集和实验室检测工作。
