| 血清T_3，T_4测定在喉癌病人中的应用 |

| 摘 要： | 应用放射免疫测定法对６１例喉癌病人、３例喉良性肿瘤病人及４０例正常人进行了血清Ｔ＿３，Ｔ＿４及ＴＧ的测定。结果发现：喉癌病人血清Ｔ＿３值明显低于正常人（Ｐ＜０．０１），Ｔ＿４值则较正常人略升高，但Ｐ＞０．０５。ＴＧ值与正常人无区别。喉部良性肿瘤病人的血清Ｔ＿３，Ｔ＿４及ＴＧ与正常人无差异。在Ｔ＿３下降的喉癌患者中，经手术治疗后，Ｔ＿３值随病情的好转有所恢复，但对术后并发咽瘘者则相反。然而，应用甲状腺素可使咽痊愈合加速。提示：喉癌患者血清Ｔ＿３的测定，有助于观察病情变化，并为治疗提供参考。

| Abstract: | We measured the serum T_3,T_4 and TG levels in 61 patients with laryngocarcinoma,3patients with benign larynx tumor and 40 normal control persons by using radioimmunoassay method.The results indicated that the content of serum T_3 in thepatients with laryngocarcinoma was signifi-cantly lower than that in the normal persons,but T_4 and TG not.Serum T_3,T_4 and TG in the patientswith benign larynx tumor were not different from those in normal persons.In the patients with laryn-gocarcinoma whose serum T_3 decreased ,their serum T_3 increased with the condition recovery but theconverse in patients complicated with pharyngeal fistula. Furthermore,treating it with thyroxine couldmake pharyngeal fistula heal acceleratively.The results suggested that the determination of serum T_3and T_4 could be helpful to observing the disease condition and provide reference for treatment. |
