腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术（附16例报告）

目的探讨经腹膜后腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿的方法及疗效。方法先做髂嵴上二指10mm小切口插入10mm腹腔镜鞘和光源。再分别做十二肋下2cm腋前线和腋后线处两个5mm小切口，插入腹腔镜操作器械，行腹膜后腹腔镜肾囊肿去顶术。结果16例患者手术全部成功，手术时间60—150min，手术出血量50—80ml，术后住院7～11d。术后随访3个月。3年，无囊肿复发。结论经腹膜后腹腔镜治疗肾囊肿疗效确切、创伤小、恢复快，是治疗单纯性肾囊肿的首选方法。

Retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst(16 cases attached)

Objective To evaluate the means and effect of retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing in the treatment of renal cyst.Methods A small incision of 10mm was first made two digits above iliac crest before the sheath and light sources of the laparoscope were inserted.Then another two incisions of 5mm were cut below the twelfth rib,respectively on the posterior and anterior axillary line.The instrument of laparoscope was inserted through them and retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst was conducted.Results Operations on the 16 cases were all successful with operation time ranging from 60 to 150 minutes(mean 80 minutes)and intraoperative blood loss from 50 to 80ml.The post-operation hospitalization was 7 to 11 days.After a follow-up of 3 to 36 months,no recurrence occurred.Conclusion Retroperitoneal laparoscopic unroofing of renal cyst is effective with the advantages of small incision and quick recovery.It can serve as the first choice for the treatment of renal cyst.
