全身化疗联合高聚金葡素或香菇多糖治疗非小细胞性恶性胸腔积液的研究

目的观察全身化疗联合高聚金葡素或香菇多糖胸腔注射治疗肺非小细胞性恶性胸腔积液的疗效和毒副反应。方法60例患者随机分为A、B2组,均行全身NP化疗。A组胸腔内注射高聚金葡素,B组胸腔注射香菇多糖。观察2组治疗前后胸腔积液控制情况、生活质量及毒副反应情况。结果A、B2组总有效率分别为80%和77%(P>0.05)。2组毒性反应轻微,均可耐受,A组发热和胸痛发生率高于B组(P<0.05)。A、B2组中分别有80%和90%的患者生活质量得到提高,2组间无明显差异。结论全身化疗联合高聚金葡素或香菇多糖胸腔注射治疗肺非小细胞性恶性胸腔积液的疗效均显著,可明显改善患者生活质量,且毒性反应轻微,可耐受。

Study of highly agglutinntive Staphyloccocin or Ientinan combined with chemotherapy on malignant pleural effusion of non-small cell lung cancer

Objective It is to observe the influence and toxicity of highly agglutinative staphyloccocin or lentinan combined with chemotherapy in the treatment for malignant pleural effusion of non-small cell lung cancer.Methods Sixty patients were randomly divided into two groups: A group and B group.After chemotherapy of navelbine and cisplatin,the patients were injected highly agglutinative staphyloccocin in group A to thoracic cavity,while lentinan in group B.The therapeutic effect,life quality and adverse reactions were observed.Results The total effective rates(complete and partial remission) were 80% and 77% respectively in group A and group B(P>0.05).The incidences of adverse reactions was lower in both groups.But the incidences of fever and stethalgia were higher in group A than that in group B(P<0.05).There were 90% and 80% patients whose life qualities were improved in group A and group B respectively.Conclusion Both highly agglutinative staphyloccocin and lentinan combined with chemotherapy are effective for malignant pleural effusion of non-small cell lung cancer with mild side effects.
