美宝创疡贴对体表慢性溃疡治疗的体会

目的 探讨美宝创疡贴对皮肤慢性溃疡的临床疗效.方法 自2007年5月至2010年4月共收治48例体表慢性溃疡患者,均应用美宝创疡贴治疗,观察其减轻疼痛,预防控制感染,缩短烧伤残余创面、创伤性溃疡创面、糖尿病溃疡创面愈合时间的作用.结果 进入本次观察的48例病例,烧伤残余创面平均愈合时间为19.5d,创伤性溃疡平均愈合时间为24.5d,糖尿病溃疡平均愈合时间为30 d,治愈率为100％.结论 美宝创疡贴能保持创面的生理湿润环境,有利于再生表皮干细胞,促进创面愈合,还具有止痛、预防控制感染的作用,疗效确切,使用安全简便.

Experience on the Use of MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing for the Treatment of Chronic Surface Ulcers

Objective Explore the clinieal efficacy of MEBO Wound and Ulcers Dressing in the treatment of chro- nic surface ulcers. Methods A total of 48 patients with chronic surface ulcers admitted from May 2007 to March 2010 all received MEBO Dressing. The effects in relieving pain, preventing and controlling infection, shortening healing time of burn wound, traumatic ulcer wound and diabetic ulcer wound were observed. Results Out of 48 patients in this group, average healing time is 19.5 d for residue burn wound, 24. 5 d for traumatic： ulcer wound, 30 d for diabetic ulcer wound. The curative rate is 100%. Conclusion MEBO Wound and Ulcer Dressing can keep a physiologically moist environment that is favorable for epidemic stem cell regeneration, improve wound healing, and moreover, relieve pain, prevent and control infection. It is effective, safe and easy to use.
