摘    要:目的 评价腓动脉穿支蒂皮瓣用于修复足部大面积软组织缺损的临床效果.方法 对21例足部大面积皮肤软组织缺损病例应用腓动脉穿支蒂皮瓣进行修复,皮瓣最小10 cm×8 cm、最大20 cm×12 cm,术后随访1年.结果 21例患者手术均顺利完成,所有皮瓣均成活,随访1年,皮瓣血运良好,质地柔软,踝关节屈伸程度平均达48°,接近健侧,修复足底的皮瓣共7例,感觉恢复达S3+,西点分辨率为9 mm~ 13 mm.结论腓动脉穿支蒂皮瓣可用于修复足部大面积软组织缺损,安全、可靠,用于修复足底时感觉功能恢复良好.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the flap pedicled with the perforating branche of the pero- Meal artery tor repairing large soft tissue defect of fuot. Methods The flaps are used in repairing 21 patients with large soft tissue defects on the foot and the range of flap is from 10cm×8cm to 20cm×12cm, followed by a 12 months tolluw-up. Results The 21 operations are all plain sailing and all flaps survived. The patients are followed up for 12 months postoper- atively. The flap has good blood supply and is soft. Ankle tunetion is similar to the normal side, with average arc of motion of 48°. The sensitivity of the flaps with nerve transferring (7 cases of plantar defect) reaches S3, 2-PD is 9ram to 13ram. Conclusion Repairing the large sofl tissue defects of foot by using a flap pedicled with the pertorating branche of the peroneal artery is safe, reliahle. When the flaps,s are used for repairing Dlantar defect, the plantar function couhl he well restored.
