湿润烧伤膏用于产科侧切及会阴裂伤缝合伤口的疗效观察

目的 了解湿润烧伤膏在产科会阴伤口中的应用效果.方法 观察组:采用1:5000高锰酸钾溶液冲洗会阴,每日2次,并于冲洗后外用湿润烧伤膏涂抹会阴伤口,涂药厚度约2mm,直至拆线.对照组:采用1:5000高锰酸钾溶液冲洗会阴,每日2次,直至拆线.结果 观察组的会阴伤口疼痛率低于对照组(P＜0.05),1期愈合率高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 在产科会阴侧切及会阴裂伤缝合术后应用湿润烧伤膏,产妇伤口疼痛轻微,持续时间短,局部消肿快,Ⅰ期愈合率高,可在临床上推广使用.

Efficacy Observation of MEBO in the Treatment of Obstetric Episiotomy and Perineal Laceration Sutures Wound

Objective To observe the effect of MEBO in treating obstetric perineum woumt. Methods Observa- tion group： flushing perineum with 1：5000 potassium permanganate solution twice per day, and smear MEBO after flushing with a thickness of about 2ram, until stitches are removed. Control group： flushing perineum with I ： 5000 potassium per- manganate solution twice per day until stitches are removed. Results In observation group, ache incidence is lower than the control group （ P〈0. 05）, the primary healing, rate is higher than the control group （P〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion With the application of MEBO after episintomy and perineal laceration sutures, patient feel mild pain with short period of duration, the local edema subsides quickly,the primary healing rate is high.It is worhy to popularize this treatment in clinic.
