| 摘 要： | 目的 观察胃镜下清创术后,美宝胃肠胶囊对难治性胃溃疡的治疗作用.方法 利用美宝胃肠胶囊的药理作用,对30例难治性胃溃疡患者进行胃镜直视下清创后,口服美宝胃肠胶囊.结果 30例难治性胃溃疡患者治疗4w后复查均有效.结论 胃镜直视下清创治疗后口服美宝胃肠胶囊对难治性胃溃疡效果好,具有临床应用价值.

| Abstract: | Objective Observe the therapeutic effect uf MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule in the treatment of intrac-table gastric, ulcer after debridement under gastruscopy. Methods Based on its pharmacological actions, MEBO gastroin- testinal capsule was orally administered to 30 patients with intractable gastric ulcers after debridement under gastroscopy. Results The treatment was effective in the 4 weeks follow up of all of the 30 patients with intractable gastric ulcers. Con- clusion MEBO Gastrointestinal Capsule is effective in the treatment of intractable ulcers alter debridement under gastroscopy, and is worthy to popularize in clinic. |
