| 摘 要： | 目的: 建立三七片中三七素的HILIC含量测定方法,对不同厂家不同批次的三七片质量进行分析。 方法: Thermo HILIC色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) ;流动相为0.1% H3PO4-乙腈(40∶60)等度洗脱;流速1 mL·min-1;柱温25 ℃;检测波长213 nm。 结果:三七素在3.6~460 mg·L-1呈良好的线性关系。不同厂家不同批次的三七片中三七素质量分数为1.60~4.31 mg·g-1。 结论:该方法操作简便、稳定易行、可控性强、重复性好、结果准确,可用于三七药材及其相关制剂中止血活性成分三七素的含量测定,为其质量评价提供了参考。
