| 摘 要： | 对近年来纳米混悬剂的研究进展,包括其制剂特点、制备方法、处方设计及应用情况进行了综述。纳米混悬剂是20世纪末发展起来的一种纳米微粒药物传递系统,作为一种新的制剂技术,纳米混悬剂在提高低溶解度药物的生物利用度和有效性等方面具有重要作用。

| Abstract: | The recent progress of nanosuspension in pharmaceutics was reviewed,including the preparating techniques and considerations,and the characteristics and applications of formulation.As a new nanoparticulate drug delivery system,nanosuspension has been developed since the end of 20th century.It offers a new method to solve the problem of the poor solubility of drugs,and it has considerable significance not only in increasing drug's bioavailability,but also in raising the efficacy. |
