通心络胶囊对冠心病患者血管内皮功能及血脂的影响

目的观察通心络胶囊治疗冠状动脉性心脏病(CHD)的临床效果。方法将96例CHD患者分为治疗组50例和对照组46例,治疗组予口服通心络胶囊,每次3粒,每日3次;对照组予口服复方丹参片,每次3片,每日3次,两组均连服3个月为1个疗程。治疗1个疗程后对比分析两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率(94.00%)明显高于对照组(71.74%),χ2=8.55,P<0.01。治疗组治疗后总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)等血脂指标下降,一氧化氮(NO)上升,血浆内皮素(ET)降低,P<0.01或0.05。结论通心络胶囊治疗CHD效果显著,具有调脂和(或)降脂及改善血管内皮功能的作用。

The effect of TongXinLuo capsule on vascular endothelium function and blood lipid in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective To outline the clinical efficacy of TongXinLuo capsule in treatment of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 96 patients with CHD were allocated to a therapeutic group(n=50) and a control group(n=46),patients in the therapeutic group were given oral TonXinLuo capsule,3 capsules each time,3 times every day;patients in the control group received oral Danshen compound tablet,3 tablets each time,3 times everyday,3 months for one cycle in both groups.One cycle after the treatment,the therapeutic efficacy was comparatively analyzed between these two groups.Results The therapeutic group with 94.00% for total efficiency rate,which was higher than the control group with 71.74% for total efficiency rate,χ~2=8.55,P<0.01.After treatment in the therapeutic group,the levels of TC,TG,et al.decreased significantly,NO elevated,ET decreased,P<0.01 or 0.05.Conclusion TongXinLuo capsule is effective in treatment of CHD,it can bilaterally regulate blood lipid and improve the vascular endothelium function.
