摘    要:以原人参二醇组皂苷为原料,乳酸催化下,通过正交试验优化了抗癌活性物质人参皂苷Rg3的制备工艺。实验结果表明,反应温度(B)对人参皂苷Rg3的制备具有显著影响,优方案为A1B2C3,而且高浓度酸、高反应温度和较长反应时间有利于生成20(R)-Rg3,而低浓度酸、低反应温度和较短的反应时间更有利于生成20(S)-Rg3。

Abstract:Anti-cancer active substance ginsenoside Rg3 was prepared by lactic acid-hydrolyzing from protopanaxadiol saponins and the preparing process was optimized by the orthogonal design method. The experimental results have shown that the significant influence factor was the reaction temperature(B), the best preparing process was A1B2C3 and the higher concentration of acid, higher reaction temperature and longer reaction time were more conducive to prepare 20(R)- Rg3, lower concentration of acid, lower reaction temperature and shorter reaction time were more conducive to prepare 20(S)-Rg3.
