高原地区腹部严重刀刺伤83例诊治分析

目的探讨高原地区腹部严重刀刺伤的治疗经验。方法以我院2009年1月~2012年12月收治的83例刀刺伤患者的救治过程为依据,对急救方法和注意事项加以总结。结果除7人因送诊路途遥远导致失血性休克死亡外,其余全部治愈。结论伤者入院后立即投入抢救很关键,抢救过程中尽快探明伤势,做好术前准备,积极给予吸氧、抗休克等可以显著提高伤者生存率。

Study on the Diagnosis and Treatment of 83 Cases with Severe Abdominal Stab Wound at High-altitude Area

Objective To explore the treatment for patients with severe abdominal stab wound at high-altitude area. Methods A ret- rospective analysis was made to the clinical data, as well as the diagnosis and treatment, of the 83 cases with severe abdominal stab would, treated in my hospital from Jan., 2009 to Dec., 2012. Results Out of the 83, 7 cases died of hemorrhagic shock due to the long distance to hospital, all the left 76 cases recovered. Conclusions Timely rescue at the admission of the patients is the key-point; it can significantly raise the survival rate to make clear the wound severity, to get ready for operation and to provide oxygen-inhalation and anti-shoek treatment.
