| 摘 要： | 临床侵袭性真菌感染越来越受到人们的关注，特别是耐药真菌感染的治疗已成为困扰临床的棘手问题，联合用药抗真菌感染成为研究热点之一。综述抗真菌药物与多种药物联用对不同敏感程度致病菌的抗真菌作用及可能的作用机制的文献资料，为进一步研究新的抗真菌药物及联合用药方案提供思路。

| Abstract: | More attention has been paid to the invasive fungal infection, especially to the resistant fungal infec- tions. Drug combination is one of the hot topics in antifungal researches. This article focuses on reviewing the combined antifungal effects and possible mechanisms of different kinds of drugs, which may provide new methods for the further studies. |
