维吾尔医学异常黑胆质型支气管哮喘与肝功能、肾功能改变的相关性研究

目的：比较分析异常黑胆质型哮喘患者与非异常黑胆质型哮喘患者肝、肾功能指标的差异,探讨维吾尔医异常黑胆质型体液与肝、肾功能指标间的相关性。方法：依据维吾尔医学异常体液论,对123例支气管哮喘患者进行异常体液辨证分型,采用全自动生化分析仪检测患者肝功能、肾功能指标,分析哮喘患者维吾尔医不同体液分型间各检测指标的差异。结果：异常黑胆质哮喘组r-谷氨酰转肽酶、碱性磷酸酶水平显著高于非异常黑胆质哮喘组（P〈0.05）。结论：异常黑胆质型哮喘患者与非异常黑胆质哮喘者间的肝功能指标存在差异,肝功能改变可能与异常黑胆质体液形成有关,亦或是异常黑胆质体液的表现之一。

Study on the Association Between Abnormal Savda Syndrome in Asthma Patients and the Changes of Liver and Kidney Function Indexes

Objective：To explore the change of indexes of liver and kidney function of asthma patients with abnormal Savda and non-abnormal Savda syndrome in traditional Uighur medicine and its association with abnormal Savda syndrome. Methods：The total of 123 asthma patients were given differentiation for syndrome classification by Uighur medicine based on the humour theory. The serum level of liver and kedney function indexes were detected by auto-biochemical analyzer for analysis of the different in these indexes between two groups. Results：The levels of GGT and ALP hepatic function indexs were significantly higher in abnormal Savda than non-abnormal Savda （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：There was significant difference of GGT, ALP of the liver function indexes between two abnormal hilit syndrome groups. The changes of liver function might be related to the formation of abnormal Savada, and one of the manifestation of this syndrome.
