青皮内生菌Phomopsis sp.固体发酵产物的分离纯化

摘    要:目的:依据内共生理论,从青皮内生菌Phomopsis sp.固体发酵产物中寻找与宿主植物相同或相似的药理活性成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析、SephadexLH-20柱层析、反相柱层析以及高效液相色谱等方法对青皮内生菌Phomopsis sp.固体发酵产物进行分离纯化,并采用1 H-NMR谱、13 C-NMR谱和质谱等技术鉴定单体化合物的结构。结果:从组分QLB-SZP中分离获得一个单体化合物QLB-SZP-1(4mg)。结论:内生菌Phomopsis sp.产生的代谢产物结构类型丰富,可以为天然药物研究提供化合物来源。

Extraction and Isolation of Solid Culture of Endophyte Phomopsis sp.

Abstract:Objective: To isolate bioactive natural product identical to or similar to host plant from solid culture of endophyte Pho mopsis sp. on the basis of endosymbiotic theory. Methods: Isolation and purification of solid culture of endophyte Phornopsis sp. was carried out through silica gel chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 gel filtration, ODS chromatography and HPLC, structure of the obtained compounds were elucidated by ^1H,^13 C-NMR spectra and mass spectra. Results : Compound QLB-SZP-1 (4mg) had been obtained from component QLB SZP. Conclusion. Endophyte Phornopsis sp. could produce second metabolites with various struc ture, which provided sufficient compounds for research on natural drug.
