眼干燥症治疗的新进展

眼干燥症是指任何原因引起的泪液质和量的异常或动力学异常,并伴有眼部不适,引起眼表病变为特征的多种病症的总称。寻找病因,针对病因进行治疗是提高眼干燥症治疗效果的关键。目前国内眼干燥症的治疗主要是泪液代替治疗和针对病因的药物治疗。然而,随着生物工程和病理学研究的深入,不含毒素防腐剂的人工泪液、免疫调节治疗、手术治疗等一系列新方法的出现为眼干燥症的治疗提供了新的思路。就目前眼干燥症治疗的现状和最新进展简要综述。

Therapeutic Progress of Ophthalmoxerosis

Ophthalmoxerosis refers to a kind of abnormality in dynamics,quantity and quality of tear resulting from any cause,which is the general name of many symptoms and signs companyed by eye discomfort and characterized by pathological changes of ocular surface.Seeking its etiology and carrying therapy aiming at its etiology is the key to improve therapeutic efficacy of this disease.The main domestic therapy of this disease are tear replacement therapy and etiotropic medication.With the further study of bioengineering and pathology,a series of new methods including artificial tear without poisonous preservative,immunoregulatory therapy,operation and so on provide new idea for its therapy.This article reviews current status and progresses in the therapy of ophthalmoxerosis at present.
