托管制后医务人员物质生活质量的调查分析

目的 了解托管制政策对医务人员物质生活质量的影响,以进一步完善托管制改革。方法 采用问卷凋查方法,对320名实施托管制医院的医务人员的年收入、消费结构、住房面积等情况进行调查。结果 托管制后(2002年),医务人员的物质生活质量均有所提高,但医生、护士、医技人员之间差异有显著意义(P<0.01)。医务人员对物质生活质量满意率较低。结论 托管制政策对医务人员物质生活质量有正、负两方面的效应,应在提高认识、优化管理、化解矛盾等方面加以重视和完善。

Investigation on the quality of medical workers'''' material life after the adoption of trusteeship

Objective To find out about the effect of the trustee policy on the quality of medical workers' material life so as to further improve the trustee reform. Methods An investigation was made via questionnaires on the annual income, consumption structure and housing area of 320 medical workers in hospitals that had adopted trusteeship. Results After the adoption of trusteeship in 2002, the quality of all the medical workers' material life was improved, but there was a signiticant difference among the doctors, nurses and medico-technicians (P<0.01). The satisfaction rate among the medical workers towards the quality of their material life was rather low. Conclusion The trustee policy has had both positive and negative effects on the quality of medical workers' material life. More efforts need to he made to enhance understanding, optimize management and resolve contradictions.
