周剂量泰索帝联合5-Fu和四氢叶酸治疗晚期胃癌疗效观察

目的评价周剂量泰索帝联合5-Fu、四氢叶酸治疗晚期胃癌的疗效和毒性反应.方法 27例晚期胃癌患者应用联合方案化疗,泰索帝25 mg/m2,静滴1 h,第1,8,15天;CF 100 mg静滴,第1～5天;5-Fu 500 mg/m2,第1～5天.结果 27例中,CR 1例,PR 13例,总有效率为51.9%.主要不良反应为骨髓抑制和脱发,绝大部分患者均能耐受.结论周剂量泰索帝联合5-Fu、四氢叶酸方案对晚期胃癌有较好疗效,不良反应可以耐受.

Clinical observation of weekly taxotere combined with 5-fluorouracil and leucovorin in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and side effects of weekly taxotere,5-Fu and leucovorin(CF) combination in treatment of the patients with advanced gastric cancer.Methods Twenty-seven patients with advanced gastric cancer received combined chemotherapy of weekly taxotere 25 mg/m~2,given by infusion for 1h on days 1,8,15,CF 100 mg on days 1-5,and 5-Fu 500 mg/m~2 on days 1-5.Results Of the 27 patients,one achieved CR and 13 achieved PR.CR+PR was fourteen,with the overall response rate being 51.9%.The main toxic reactions were bone marrow suppression and alopecia,which were well tolerated by most of the patients.Conclusion Combination of weekly taxotere,5-Fu and leucovorin is well tolerated and effective in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer.
