摘    要:目的 探讨心脏手术中应用冷停跳液和温氧合血间断灌注与冷停跳液心肌保护对心肌的影响。方法 采用冷停跣液和温氧合血间断灌注,观察43例不同类型心脏手术病人心肌保护效果。并与同期随机选择30例采用冷停跣液冷氧合血灌注的病人对比。结果 全部被观察病人心脏停搏完全,主动脉开放后,除4例心搏无力外均能自动复跳,术后血液动力学稳定。结论 临床观察表明,温血灌注可改善心肌的组织供氧状态,提高心脏的自动复跳率,增加心肌的能量储备,减少再灌注损伤和术后并发症。

Abstract:Objective Dissussion in the cardiac operation the myocardial protective effects of the cool cardioplegic solution and the oxygenated warm blood intermittent.perfusion and the cool cardioplegic solution.Metheds Use of the colde cardioplegic solution and warm blood intermittent perfusion to observed 43 patients the results of myocardial protective in the different cardiac operation.In contrast with randomly choose 30 patients the colde cardioplegic solution and colde blood perfusion.Results All of patients heart arrest promptly and entirely.After aorta open,the heart may be active resuscite except 4 patients heart beat disability The postoperation hemodynamics balance.Conclusious These data suggest,the warm blood perfusion improve oxygen supply of the myocardial tissues.To improve the rate of heart spontaneous resuscitated.It increase myocardial energy accumulate and to reduce the reperfusion injury and the postoperative complication.
