| 摘 要： | 目的观察慢性阻塞性肺疾病气虚证患者血液纤溶活性的改变。方法选取中医辨证为肺气虚证的慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者35例,检测其纤溶原激活物(t-PA)、纤溶原抑制物(PAI-1)的活性改变,进行治疗前后对比,并与30例健康人正常对照组比较。结果慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺气虚证患者t-PA活性减低,PAI-1活性升高,治疗前后比较及与健康人正常对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性阻塞性肺疾病肺气虚证患者存在纤溶活性的改变,血液处于高凝状态,与中医“气不行血”理论相一致。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the change of activity of fibrinolysis in patients blood with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of qi deficiency.Methods 35 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of qi Deficiency were choose.The changes of activity of tissue-type plasminogen activator(t-PA) and plasminogen activator inhibitor(PAI-1) were measured before and after treatment.Results Activity of t-PA in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of qi deficiency were decreased,and activity of PAI-1 was increased.There was a significant difference between before and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion There was a change of activity of fibrinolysis in patients blood with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease of qi deficiency.The blood in patients was hypercoagulabale state in according with theory of TCM. |
