吗氯贝胺治疗抑郁症的双盲双模拟试验研究

目的：评价吗氯贝胺的抗抑郁疗效和不良反应。方法：先用阿米替林作为对照药，进行双盲对照。对38例抑郁症患者（吗氯贝胺组17例，双盲阿米替林组21例）作为期8周的治疗。服药前后均作汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD），临床疗效总评量表（CGI），副反应量表（TESS）及实验室检查和精神检查等。结果：吗氯贝胺的抗胆碱能不良反应明显少于阿米替林组（P＜0．05）。结论：提示吗氯贝胺是一种安全有效的新型抗抑郁药。

Test of moclobemide for depressions in a double-blind experimence

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the effect and side effect of Moclobemide for depressions. METHODS: In a double blind experimence,Amitriptyline was selected as controls,38 depressions took treatment for 8 weeks (17 subjects treated by Moclobemide,21 subjects treated by Amitriptyline). All of them were evaluated by HAMD, CGI, TESS, laboratory examination and mental examination. RESULTS: There was no difference between Moclobemide and Amitriptyline for depression,but side effects of Moclobemide were less than those of Amitriptyline. CONCLUSION: This double blind experimence indicated that Moclobemide is a new safe, effective medicine for depression.
